Pets:
Pets are allowed only with a signed Pet Agreement. All pets must be leashed at all times and must not be left unattended. If there is any doubt about keeping your pet leashed (with someone or something attached to the other end!), please leave your pet at home. This is a no tolerance rule! Pets are not allowed in the water inside the roped off swim beach or anywhere on the sand per Nevada County Department of Environmental Health. We allow 2 pets per site, maximum.

Peninsula Camping and Boating Resort Guest Rules
QUIET HOURS ARE STRICTLY ENFORCED: 10:00PM - 8:00AM - No generator or music use during quiet hours. Please use sparingly during other hours in consideration of other guests. No music allowed that disturbs other campers at any time. Please be courteous of those around you. PETS ARE WELCOME ONLY IF HAPPY AND ATTENDED ON A LEASH AT ALL TIMES with signed Pet Agreement. Pets not allowed on swim beach. Pets may not be left unattended or allowed to bark excessively. LICENSED MOTORCYCLES are considered a motor vehicle for vehicle fee purposes. Motorcycles, licensed street bikes with full muffler systems are allowed on established roads only. NO OFF ROAD VEHICLES ALLOWED. NO GAS POWERED SCOOTERS ALLOWED. NO UNDERAGE DRIVING OF VEHICLES/GOLF CARTS. HELMET LAWS ENFORCED, biking, scooters, and skateboarding at own risk. CAMPFIRES ONLY PERMITTED in park, in established concrete fire pits or rings. Dispose of charcoal in fire pits only. DO NOT REMOVE TABLES OR FIRE RINGS from campsites. ZERO TOLERANCE for disturbing wildlife or defacing trees, fencing, walls, railings, tables or any object within campground. PLEASE KEEP YOUR CAMPSITE CLEAN. OBEY TRAFFIC SIGNS as posted. SPEED LIMIT 10 MPH WATERCRAFT OPERATORS must comply with all State and County navigational laws. NO WAKE ZONE & SPEEDING LAWS STRICTLY ENFORCED. USE OF ROLLINS LAKE AND CAMPSITE FACILITIES AT YOUR OWN RISK. Peninsula assumes no liability for the welfare and safety of any persons using the lake or lake facilities. Non-county residents may be charged by local emergency response agencies for any services rendered. NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY...all swimmers do so at their own risk. NO FIREARMS, FIREWORKS, BB/PELLET/SOFT PELLET GUNS, PAINT GUNS PERMITTED AT ANY TIME.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE OR FACILITY USE TO ANYONE FOR FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH ANY OF THE ABOVE MENTIONED GUEST RULES, WITHOUT A REFUND.Revised Jan-08
