DEPOSITS: Single & double sites:
50% due at time of reservation (camping fees). Group coves &
holidays: 100% due at time of reservation (camping fees) All
balances due upon arrival. |

CANCELLATIONS: All cancellations
are charged a $10 cancellation fee per site. No refunds
within 14 days of arrival. No rain checks or inclement weather
refunds. |

MINIMUM STAY: Martin's cove: 5
night minimum. All other sites: Weekends - 2 night minimum,
Holidays - 3 night minimum |
